CPU
Both Apple A14 Bionic and A13 Bionic, have the same CPU. There is no difference between both. The difference is in their clock speed, where the Apple A13 Bionic brings about 20% boosted performance over its predecessor A12 Bionic whereas the newer Apple A14 Bionic also brings boosted CPU performance in comparison to its predecessor A13 Bionic. This SoC has a combination of 6 CPU cores where 2 are performance cores and 6 are efficiency cores.
GPU
Here also the Apple A14 Bionic brings some improvements over its predecessor. The A14 Bionic has a 4 Cores GPU that offers has immersive Graphics performance. While on the other side, A13 Bionic also has a 4 Cores GPU but the newer A14 Bionic has improved GPU and boosted the speed of its GPU in comparison to A13 Bionic. So here also the new A14 Bionic has a better graphics performance compared to the A13 Bionic.
