CPU:

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 has a 64-Bit Kryo 460 octa-core CPU that integrates 2 ARM Cortex-A76 Gold cores for performance clocked at up to 2.00GHz and other 6 Cortex-A55 Silver cores for efficiency at 1.80GHz clock speed while the Samsung Exynos 850 features 8 ARM Cortex-A55 Cores operating at up to 2.00GHz clock speed.

Here in the Snapdragon 480 we get a better CPU that makes it a better chipset in comparison of the Exynos 850.

GPU:

The Snapdragon 480 features an Adreno 619 GPU while the Exynos 850 has an ARM Mali-G52 GPU which can’t compete with the Adreno 619 GPU of Snapdragon 480.

In the case of gaming, the SD 480 is much better than the Exynos 850.
