While on the other side, Snapdragon 768G brings Kryo 475 CPU that features 1 ARM Cortex-A76 Prime Core clocked at up to 2.80GHz, 1 Cortex-A76 Gold Core running at up to 2.40GHz, and 6 Cortex-A55 Silver Cores operating at up to 1.80GHz clock speed.

Here the clock speed of Snapdragon 768G is better while the Snapdragon 750G has better CPU architecture.

GPU

For gaming purposes, Snapdragon 750G brings the Adreno 619 GPU whereas, in comparison to it, the Snapdragon 768G has Adreno 620 GPU operating at up to 750MHz clock speed.

Here the Snapdragon 768G has a better GPU in comparison to Snapdragon 750G.

Fabrication

Speaking of Snapdragon 750G, it is built on the 8nm LPP Process Technology of Samsung while on the other side, Snapdragon 768G is fabricated on 7nm Process Technology.

Here the difference of 1nm, makes Snapdragon 768G more powerful and more power-efficient than Snapdragon 750G.

Snapdragon 750G vs Snapdragon 768G: Camera, Memory & Display

Camera

Moving on camera and optics where the newer Snapdragon 750G features a Qualcomm Spectra 355L image signal processor which is a 14-bit dual-IPS that can support up to 16MP + 16MP dual cameras at 30fps and a single camera of up to 32MP at 30fps with MFNR & ZSL, up to 48MP with MFNR and up to 192MP without MFNR & ZSL. It is also capable of recording up to 720p slow-motion videos at 240fps.

While on the other hand, Snapdragon 768G brings a Qualcomm Spectra 355 image signal processor which is also a 14 bit Dual-ISP and supports up to 22MP + 22MP dual cameras at 30fps, a single camera of up to 36MP at 30fps with MFNR & ZSL, up to 192MP without MFNR & ZSL. It can record up to 720p slow-motion videos at 480fps.

In the case of the camera, the Snapdragon 768G is better than Snapdragon 750G. It can record better videos and also supports better camera sensors.

Memory

Here the Snapdragon 768G has support for Dual-Channel 16bit up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM operating at up to 2133MHz and UFS 2.1, UFS 3.1 based storage while the newer Snapdragon 750G also supports the same Dual-Channel 16bit up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM clocked at up to 2133MHz and storage types of 2.1 & UFS 3.1.

Display

In the display section the Snapdragon 750G supports up to Full HD+ HDR10+ displays at 120Hz and up to QHD external displays at 60Hz whereas the Snapdragon 768G can handle up to QHD+ HDR10 & HDR10+ displays at 60Hz, up to Full HD+ HDR10 & HDR10+ displays at 120Hz and up to UHD external displays at 60Hz.

Artificial Intelligence

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G comes at a downgrade of Snapdragon 765G which is a downgrade of Snapdragon 768G so obviously the Snapdragon 750G will have downgraded features in comparison of Snapdragon 768G but it brings some upgraded and some downgraded features over Snapdragon 768G. In the AI part, Snapdragon 750G is a downgrade of Snapdragon 768G, it has the Qualcomm Hexagon 694 Processor coupled with Qualcomm Hexagon Voice Assistant Accelerator, Hexagon Scalar Accelerator, Hexagon Vector eXtensions (HVX), Hexagon Tensor Accelerator, and Qualcomm Sensing Hub.

While on the other side, Snapdragon 768G integrates the Qualcomm Hexagon 696 Processor paired with Qualcomm Hexagon Scalar Accelerator, Hexagon Vector eXtensions (HVX), Hexagon Tensor Accelerator, and Qualcomm Sensing Hub.

Here the Hexagon 694 presented on Snapdragon 750G is a downgrade of Hexagon 696 provided in Snapdragon 768G. So in terms of AI Processing, Snapdragon 750G is not capable to beat the Snapdragon 768G. The Snapdragon 768G is better than Snapdragon 750G in terms of AI Processing.
