The Samsung’s Exynos 9611 comes with an octa-core setup with four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.3 GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.7 GHz whereas Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 712 comes with their customized versions of Cortex-A75 and Cortex-A55 cores here. There are eight cores, two Kryo 360 Gold(Cortex-A75) cores clocked at 2.3 GHz and six Kryo 360 Silver(Cortex-A55) cores clocked at 1.7 GHz.
Furthermore, the Exynos 9611 has an ARM Mali-G72 MP3 built on the 2nd generation of Bifrost architecture to boost up the graphics-intensive tasks. The Snapdragon 712 has the latest Adreno 616 GPU.
The fabrication on the Exynos 9611 processor is of 10nm whereas the Snapdragon 712 also has a 10nm manufacturing process. So here both are the same.
Camera and Display
Exynos 9611 processor supports dual camera setup with a 16MP + 16MP or a single 64MP camera support while the Snapdragon 712 supports a 192MP single camera or a dual 16MP +16MP setup, which gives the Snapdragon 712 an advantage over the Exynos 9611 in terms of better single-camera setup.
In the display department, the Snapdragon has edge over the Exynos 9611 as it supports up to a resolution of 1440 x 3360 QHD+ pixels. While with the Exynos 9611, the maximum support is limited to a resolution of FHD+. The Exynos 9611 supports up to 1600 x 2560 pixels.
